Is it possible to surf all year round?
Yes, it’s possible to surf all year round for autonomous and experienced surfers.
For beginners, the best time to surf is between spring and autumn, when the waves are more suitable for learning or improving, and the weather conditions are milder!
If in doubt, contact a surf school.
Can I surf wherever I want on the beaches?
No.
You must surf outside supervised areas. It’s forbidden to surf in supervised bathing areas, which are reserved for swimmers.
Don’t hesitate to ask the lifeguards for advice adapted to the conditions.
